摘要 针对当前工匠精神在高职财经类专业中存在课程设计缺乏系统性融入、教学方法和评价机制存在局限性等问题,通过设计三级联动的课程目标体系、创新“三段式”主题教学内容、建立“四维一体”多元化考核机制,并实施“结合—优化—改进—创新”的优化策略,系统推进工匠精神与财经专业教学的深度融合,提升了学生的职业素养和专业能力。 In response to the current problems of the lack of systematic integration of craftsmanship spirit in curriculum design,limitations in teaching methods and evaluation mechanisms in finance and economics majors in higher vocational education,a three-level linkage cur⁃riculum goal system is designed,innovative"three-stage"theme teaching content is created,a"four-dimensional integration"diversified assessment mechanism is established,and an optimization strategy of"combination optimization improvement innovation"is implemented to systematically promote the deep integration of craftsmanship spirit and finance and economics teaching,and to enhance students'profes⁃sional qualities and abilities.
