摘要
专业对口率不断降低,反映出高职财经类专业人才培养在供给侧出现了问题。通过深入调研成渝经济圈行业企业,了解数字化变革对人才需求的新变化,明确企业数字化转型对财经岗位人员能力的新要求,基于五个层面确定财经类专业转型新方向,构建以立德树人和数字赋能为主线的财经类专业数字化人才培养新模式。在学院层面规划改革方向,在专业层面制定行动策略,在课程层面落实转型任务,在教师层面有效实施教学,在学生层面检验改革成效。
The continuous decrease in professional alignment rate reflects the supply side issues in the training of financial and economic professionals in higher vocational colleges.Through in-depth research on enterprises in the Chengdu Chongqing economic circle,aiming to understand the new changes in talent demand caused by digital transformation,clarify the new requirements for financial personnel’s abilities in enterprise digital transformation,and determine the new direction of financial professional transformation based on five levels,a new digital talent training model for financial majors is constructed with“moral education”and“digital empowerment”as the main line,which plans the direction of reform at the college level,formulates action strategies at the professional level,implements transformation tasks at the curriculum level,effectively implements teaching at the teacher level,and tests the effectiveness of reform at the student level.
