摘要
数字化浪潮全面融入的时代背景下,AI工具在高等教育与职场中的应用范畴持续拓宽。本研究从学科交叉维度切入,着重阐释AI技术在新兴交叉学科领域的融入路径与赋能机制,继而预测其将如何重塑未来职场的能力图谱和职业版图。研究同时揭示当前高校学生在AI工具认知维度存在的显著盲区与实践层面的应用断层,论证构建阶梯式智能素养培育体系的现实紧迫性。
Under the background of the full penetration of the digital wave,the application scope of AI tools in higher education and the workplace continues to expand.Starting from the interdisciplinary dimension,this study focuses on explaining the penetration path and enabling mechanism of AI technology in emerging interdisciplinary fields,and then predicts how it will reshape the ability map and career map of the future workplace.At the same time,the research reveals the significant blind spots existing in the cognitive dimension of AI tools and the application faults at the practical level of college students,and demonstrates the realistic urgency of building a stepped intelligent literacy cultivation system.
