彩色建筑节能涂料的制备和性能研究

摘要 针对目前市面上应用的建筑节能涂料多以白色和浅色为主,装饰性不佳,分别以钛铬黄和铁黄、钴绿和铬绿2种黄、绿色系的彩色颜料为反射颜料,制备了2种彩色建筑节能涂料,并探究隔热性能较好的涂层对应的颜料种类及其掺量。采用X射线衍射仪、紫外/可见/近红外分光光度计、精密色差仪对颜料和涂层性能进行表征,用自制隔热性能测试装置测量涂层的隔热性能。结果表明:相比于铁黄和铬绿,钛铬黄和钴绿2种颜料的近红外平均反射率更高;当掺量为20%时,钛铬黄和铬绿涂层近红外平均反射率最大分别为68.69%和48.57%,红外发射率分别为0.93和0.90,此时2种涂层试板的平衡温度较空白板分别低17.8℃和9.9℃。 Nowdays, the main colors of energy saving architectural coatings were white and light with lack of decorative functionality. Thus, two types of colorful energy saving architectural coatings were prepared using two yellow/green color systems including titanium chrome yellow, iron oxide yellow, cobalt green and chrome green as reflective pigments. Proper types and content of pigments were investigated when coatings presented excellent insulation performance. XRD diffraction, UV/VIS/NIR spectrophotometer, infrared radiance gauge and precision chromatic meter were used to characterize the properties of pigments and energy saving architectural coatings. In addition, the self-made insulation text device was applied to analysis the insulation property of the coatings. The results demonstrated that titanium chrome yellow and cobalt green pigments achieved higher average near infrared reflectance in comparison to iron oxide yellow and chrome green. The average near infrared reflectance of coatings was as high as 68.69% and 48.57% respectively when the content of titanium chrome yellow and chrome green was 20% respectively. Meanwhile, the infrared emissivity was 0. 93 and 0. 90 respectively. The equilibrium temperature of two types of coatings was 17.8℃ and 9.9℃ lower than that of the control samples.
