某超超临界四角切圆锅炉高温腐蚀分析与应对措施

摘要 某电厂660 MW超超临界直流锅炉在检修期间发现水冷壁高温腐蚀严重,从入炉煤质、运行、炉内动力场等方面分析了高温腐蚀发生的原因,并提出了针对性的治理措施,通过整改后,高温腐蚀情况得到一定缓解。分析方法及治理措施,可为面临相似困扰的发电企业在解决此类问题时提供参考。 During the maintenance of a 660 MW ultra-supercritical direct current boiler in a power plant,the high temperature corrosion of the water wall was found to be serious.In this paper,the causes of high temperature corrosion are analyzed from the aspects of coal quality,operation and power field in furnace,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.After rectification,the high temperature corrosion has been alleviated to some extent.The analysis method and treatment measures in this paper can provide reference for power generation enterprises facing similar problems in solving such problems.
