不同颜色的金属管壁高温腐蚀产物实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 电站锅炉金属管外壁腐蚀产物常常呈现不同的颜色,为了揭示不同颜色产物对应的成分,本文在实验室搭建了沉降炉系统,模拟锅炉燃烧,用水冷取样枪模拟实际锅炉的水冷壁管,通过给粉机给粉,模拟水冷壁的高温腐蚀现象,在实验室成功模拟出取样管发生高温腐蚀后,呈现出墨绿色、蓝色、褐黄色、黑色等四类颜色。墨绿色主要成分是氧化铬,蓝色主要是铁、镍、铬三者氧化物共同作用的结果,并且以Fe3O4作用为主,褐黄色主要是水合氧化铁作用的结果,黑色主要成分是碳或是焦油;实验还发现,管壁爆漏后,水在腐蚀产物的形成中,参与了反应,使金属氧化物呈现不同的颜色。 The corrosion products of power station boiler present different colors.To reveal the corresponding components of different color products,a settling furnace system is set up in the laboratory to simulate the combustion of the boiler and the water-cooled sampling gun to simulate the water-cooled wall pipe of the actual boiler.The coal powder feeder supplied coal to simulate the flue gas environment.The high temperature corrosion of the water-cooled wall is successfully simulated in the laboratory.After corrosion,the water-cooled sampling gun outer surface shows four kinds of colors:dark green,blue,brown yellow and black.The main component of dark green is chromium oxide,while that of the blue one is oxide of iron,nickel and chromium mixture.The major component of blue area is Fe3O4.The main component of brown yellow is hydrated iron oxide,and the main component of black is carbon or tar.It is also found that water takes part in the reaction in the formation of corrosion products after the tube explosion and leakage,which makes the metal oxides present different colors.
