异极双气隙永磁电动机磁路与耦合特性分析

Analysis of Magnetic Circuit and Coupling Characteristics of the Dual-pole Dual-air-gap Permanent Magnet Motor

摘要 为简化异极双气隙永磁电动机的性能分析过程,采用等效磁路法建立电动机的等效磁路模型,以替代常见的耗时较长的有限元分析方法。该模型将电动机分为定子、转子、永磁体和气隙4部分,并分别进行数学建模,有效简化电动机磁场的分析过程。分析引入迭代算法以提高模型的精度。对比结果表明,所提等效磁路模型能有效地预测电动机性能,具有较高的计算精度,并减少了分析时间。此方法为异极双气隙永磁电动机的初步设计和优化提供了高效的分析工具。 This study aims to simplify the performance analysis of the dual-pole dual-air-gap permanent magnet motor by developing an equivalent magnetic circuit(EMC)model,which serves as a more time-efficient alternative to the computationally intensive finite element method(FEM).The proposed model decomposes the permanent magnet motor into four components,i.e.,the stator,rotor,permanent magnets,and air gap,and each component is modeled independently.This decomposition transforms the complex overall analysis into a series of studies focused on individual components,thereby significantly simplifies the magnetic field analysis of the motor.To address the challenges posed by core nonlinearity and magnetic saturation,an iterative algorithm is incorporated to enhance the model’s accuracy.The performance of the equivalent magnetic circuit model is evaluated by comparing its results with those obtained from finite element analysis.The results demonstrate the model’s effectiveness and precision.Furthermore,to validate the reliability of the EMC model,experimental testing and FEA comparisons are conducted,which confirms the consistency and accuracy of the model’s computational predictions.The findings indicate that the proposed model effectively predicts the motor’s performance with a high degree of accuracy,while significantly reducing computational time.This approach provides an efficient analytical tool for the preliminary design and optimization of dual-pole dual-air-gap permanent magnet motors.
