摘要
目的探讨喘息性支气管炎雾化吸入治疗患儿应用综合护理的价值。方法选取临沭县人民医院接诊的78例喘息性支气管炎患儿,时间为2020年1月至2022年12月,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(39例,常规护理)与观察组(39例,综合护理),观察两组护理效果。结果观察组住院时间及憋喘、体温、肺部啰音、咳嗽的恢复时间优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗依从性较对照组更高(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组护理总满意率更高(P<0.05)。结论对雾化吸入治疗的喘息性支气管炎患儿实施综合护理,可有效提高护理满意度,改善患儿临床症状,有助于患儿尽早恢复健康,值得推广。
Objective To explore the value of comprehensive nursing in nebulization inhalation therapy for children with asthmatic bronchitis.Methods A total of 78 children with asthmatic bronchitis admitted to Linshu County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were divided into the control group(39 cases,routine nursing)and the observation group(39 cases,comprehensive nursing)using a random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were observed.Results The hospitalization time and recovery time of dyspnea,body temperature,lung rales and cough in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of satisfaction with nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and clinical symptoms in children with asthmatic bronchitis treated by nebulization inhalation,which is worth promoting as it helps them recover their health as soon as possible.
