摘要
目的:探讨以自我管理为导向的互联网5A护理模式在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果。方法:将2022年10月—2024年10月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的2型糖尿病患者86例随机分为两组,每组43例。参照组采用常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上采取以自我管理为导向的互联网5A护理模式。比较两组患者血糖指标[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)]、负面情绪、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c水平降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组焦虑、抑郁评分降低,且研究组低于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理总满意度较参照组高(P<0.05)。结论:以自我管理为导向的互联网5A护理模式在2型糖尿病患者护理中的应用效果显著,不但能降低患者的血糖水平,有效缓解患者的不良情绪,还可以提升患者的护理满意度。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of self-management-oriented Internet 5A nursing model in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from October 2022 to October 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The reference group adopted conventional nursing,and the study group adopted the self-managementoriented Internet 5A nursing model on the basis of the reference group.The blood glucose indexes[fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPBG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c)],negative emotions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the levels of FBG,2 hPBG,and HbA1c in the two groups decreased,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups decreased,and the scores in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management-oriented Internet 5A nursing model has a significant effect in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,which can not only reduce the blood glucose levels of patients,effectively alleviate the bad mood of patients,but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
