摘要
为提高围护结构的热工性能,设计了一种新型全盲孔相变砖,通过CFD软件,对实心砖、多孔砖、相变砖建立三维非稳态传热模型,并对其热工性能进行对比。最终得出结论:相较于实心砖、多孔砖,相变砖300 min时的内墙表面温度分别低2.0℃、0.56℃,可减少63.71%、89.31%的传热量,节能效果显著。
In order to improve the thermal performance of envelope,a new type of blind hole phase change brick is designed.Through CFD software,three-dimensional unsteady heat transfer models of solid brick,porous brick and phase change brick are established,and their thermal performance is compared.Finally,it is concluded that compared with solid brick and porous brick,the surface temperature of the interior wall of phase change brick decreases by 2.0℃and 0.56℃respectively at 300 min,which can reduce the heat transfer by 63.71%and 89.31%,and the energy saving benefit is remarkable.
