摘要
混凝土多孔砖作为中国特有的一种块型,是以水泥为胶结材料,以砂、石等为主要集料,加水搅拌、成型、养护制成的一种多排孔的混凝土砖。通过对混凝土多孔砖块体受力性能的试验研究和有限元分析,发现砖块的肋部和壁部是其发生破坏的薄弱环节,增大肋厚和壁厚能明显改善砖块的受力性能。在此基础上对混凝土多孔砖块型进行了优化设计,优化结果表明肋厚和壁厚均为18 mm时,混凝土多孔砖的受力性能最佳。
Concrete perforated brick is a kind of concrete brick with multi-rows of holes,which is a unique brick type in China,using cement as binder,sand and stone as main aggregates,and being made up through mixing sand and water,stirring,shaping and curing.The mechanical properties of concrete perforated bricks were studied by experiment and numerical analysis firstly.The test results indicate that the ribs and the walls of the brick are the weak parts when load is applied on the brick.The mechanical properties of bricks can be improved by increasing the thickness of the ribs and the walls.Then,the dimension of the concrete perforated brick was optimized.The optimization results show that when the rib and the wall thickness are 18 mm,the mechanical performance of the brick is the best.
