摘要
分析燃气锅炉特性、提升锅炉群组运行效率是助力燃气锅炉房节能减排的重要手段。燃气锅炉群组运行优化算法基于锅炉负荷预测模型及锅炉特性模型对锅炉群组运行工况寻优。算法以预测负荷值为输入,建立锅炉负荷分配动态规划模型,以锅炉房总燃气耗量最低为目标函数进行锅炉群组负荷分配,进一步以锅炉效率特性确定最佳运行工况。以天津市某燃气锅炉房为例进行优化算法效果验证,预测负荷与实际负荷平均相对误差为4.59%;与本地控制策略下的实际工况相比,测试期间优化算法使锅炉房总燃气耗量降低16561.5 m^(3),节省成本6.3万元。研究可为指导燃气锅炉群组运行优化提供一种有效手段。
Analyzing gas boiler characteristics to improve boiler group operation energy efficiency is an important means to help energy conservation and emission reduction.In this paper,a gas boiler group operation optimization algorithm is proposed,based on the boiler room load prediction model and boiler characteristics model for the boiler group operation condition searching optimization,with the predicted load value as the input,to establish the boiler load allocation dynamic planning model,with the lowest total gas consumption in the boiler room as the objective function for the boiler group load allocation,and further with the boiler efficiency characteristics to determine the optimal operation condition.The effect of the optimization algorithm is verified in a gas boiler room in Tianjin,the average relative error between the predicted load and the actual load is 4.59%,and the optimization algorithm reduces the total gas consumption in the boiler room by 16,561.5 m^(3)during the test period compared with the actual conditions under the local control strategy,saving 63,000 yuan in gas cost.
