摘要
探讨了纵向多段生物膜装置在印染污水处理中的应用,针对该污水中高浓度有机物、色度及有害物质的挑战,提出了新型处理方案。采用对比实验方法,验证了纵向多段设计的生物膜技术相比传统横向多段装置的优越性,特别是在绿色减排方面的潜力。通过优化装置结构、生物填料材料及配置,研究发现该装置在有效去除印染污水中的污染物方面表现出色,且具有良好的经济性和可操作性。此研究为印染污水处理提供了新的思路和技术支持,推动了生物膜技术在水处理领域的应用。
This study explores the application of longitudinal multi-segment biological membrane systems in the treatment of dyeing wastewater,addressing the challenges of high organic matter,color,and harmful substances in the wastewater.A novel treatment scheme was proposed based on the longitudinal multi-segment design.The superiority of the longitudinal multi-segment design over the traditional lateral multi-segment system was verifi ed through comparative experiments,especially in terms of green emission reduction potential.By optimizing the device structure,biological fi ller materials,and confi guration,the study found that the device performed well in effectively removing pollutants from dyeing wastewater and had good economic and operational feasibility.This study provides new ideas and technical support for the treatment of dyeing wastewater and promotes the application of biological membrane technology in the fi eld of water treatment.
