浅析高温环境下的压缩机故障分析与处置

摘要 天然气压缩机作为天然气处理输送过程中的关键设备,在夏季生产运行过程中,由于环境温度高、厂房散热效果差等原因,导致压缩机一级冷却温度频繁超报警值运行,严重时会超温导致压缩机停机,造成天然气大量放空。本文结合现场实际运行经验,从不同季节故障频次及压缩机故障部位研究入手,分析压缩机故障停机主要症结,其次针对空冷器换热能力不足这一主要症结,进行关联图分析,并逐一验证末端因素,最后通过选择针对对策,进行方案比选,实施水帘纸降温改造并进行效果验证,为其他油气处理场站处置压缩机故障提供经验和借鉴。 As a crucial piece of equipment in the natural gas processing and transportation process,the natural gas compressor frequently operates beyond the alarm value due to high ambient temperature and poor heat dissipation in the factory during summer production and operation.In severe cases,overheating can cause the compressor to shut down,resulting in a large amount of natural gas being released.This article combines practical operational experience on site,starting from the study of the frequency of faults in different seasons and the location of compressor faults,analyzes the main causes of compressor shutdown due to faults.Secondly,a correlation diagram analysis is conducted to address the main problem of insufficient heat exchange capacity of air coolers,and the end factors are verified one by one.Finally,by selecting targeted countermeasures,a scheme comparison is carried out,and a water curtain paper cooling transformation is implemented and its effectiveness is verified,providing experience and reference for other oil and gas processing stations to deal with compressor faults.
