活塞压缩机是石油、石化行业的重要设备,而压缩机排气温度过高是活塞式压缩机的常见故障,往往因此故障造成设备频繁停机检修,影响工艺生产。介绍了活塞压缩机排气温度限制值、排气温度过高造成的危害、解决方法及注意事项。
Piston compressor is the important equipment in oil petrochemical industry. However, the excessive high temperature of discharge in piston compressor is the common failure, which always causes the equipment maintenance frequently and influences the process production. The paper mainly introduced the hazards caused by the excessive high temperature of discharge and the dis-charge temperature limited values, and the solutions and the precautions.
