教育家型幼儿园教师的群像特征与进阶路径——基于“学习强国”教师事迹材料的分析

摘要 选取“学习强国”教师专题2019—2024年所报道的28位优秀幼儿园教师的事迹材料,提炼出教育家型幼儿园教师学理明术、率先师表、笃行善喻、明道传承、匠心求精五个特征。学理明术是教师的致知基准,率先师表与笃行善喻是教师的敬业导向,明道传承与匠心求精是教师的修德内核。分析幼儿园教师的阶段发展并提供进阶路径:在入职阶段通过内生性发展增强理念实践;积累和胜任阶段通过外源性支持生成多维能力;修养和升华阶段通过综合性涵养塑造伦理自觉。 By selecting the deeds of 28 outstanding kindergarten teachers reported in the teacher special section of the App“Xuexi Qiangguo”from 2019 to 2024,five characteristics of educator-type kindergarten teachers are extracted:mastering theories and techniques,being a role model,being dedicated and good at teaching,inheriting the truth,and striving for excellence.Mastering theories and techniques is the benchmark for teachers’knowledge acquisition.Being a role model and being dedicated and good at teaching are the professional-dedication orientations of teachers.Inheriting the truth and striving for excellence are the core of teachers’moral cultivation.An advancing path is provided by analyzing the stage development of kindergarten teachers:in the induction stage,enhance the practice of concepts through endogenous development;in the accumulation and competence stage,generate multi-dimensional abilities through exogenous support;in the cultivation and sublimation stage,shape ethical awareness through comprehensive cultivation.
