摘要
三全育人是党中央对新时代高校育人工作的新要求。中医药院校全面落实三全育人工作,对于培养符合时代要求的高质量中医药人才具有重要意义。实验技术人员是讲台之外的教师,贴近学生的学业、生活,与学生接触密切。其育人功能的挖掘能够丰富三全育人工作的内容与形式,是建立健全三全育人机制的新思路,对中医药院校三全育人工作的深入落实具有实际参考意义,可为新时代高质量中医药人才培养模式提供有益探索与实践。
The whole-people,whole-process and all-round education is a new requirement of the Party Central Committee for the education work of universities in the new era.As for the thorough and comprehensive implementation of the whole-people,wholeprocess and all-round education work in university of Chinese medicine,the great significance is embodied for the cultivation of highquality traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)talents being able to satisfy the requirements of the times.The experimental technicians as teachers outside the platform are close to students’academic learning and life,who are able to closely contact with students.The excavation of its educational function can enrich the content and form of the whole-people,whole-process and all-round education work.As a new idea to set up and perfect the whole-people,whole-process and all-round education mechanism,it has embodied practical reference significance for the in-depth implementation of the whole-people,whole-process and all-round education work in the university of Chinese medicine.The beneficial exploration and practice can be provided for the training model of high-quality TCM talents in the new era.
