摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)是糖尿病(DM)最常见的慢性并发症之一,发病率很高,具有发病缓慢、病程持久、致残率高、预后较差等特点。西医治疗此病机制单一、效果欠佳,中医药疗法则具有多途径、多靶点、多环节等整体优势,近年来越来越得到重视以及广泛应用。DPN的发病机制复杂,多种因素相互影响,多种发病机制共同存在。文章将从发病机制层面,综述近10年来中医药治疗该病的实验研究进展。
Diabetes peripheral neuropathy is one of the most common chronic complications of diabetes,and it has the characteristics of slow onset,long course,high disability rate,and poor prognosis.The mechanism of Western medicine treating this disease is single,and the effect is not good enough.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has the advantages of multiple pathways,multiple targets,and multiple links in the overall treatment of this disease,and it has been increasingly valued and widely applied in recent years.The pathogenesis of diabetes peripheral neuropathy is complex,multiple factors interact with each other,multiple pathogenesis coexist.This article focused on the pathogenesis level,summarized the experimental research progress of TCM in treating diabetes peripheral neuropathy in recent 10 years.
