摘要
目的探讨益肾健脾汤对脾肾亏虚型恶性肿瘤患者营养状况及生活质量的影响。方法选取2021年12月—2022年11月三明市中西医结合医院肿瘤科门诊及住院部诊治的83例脾肾亏虚型恶性肿瘤患者,以随机数字表法分为观察组(41例)、对照组(42例)。对照组采用肠内营养支持,观察组采用肠内营养支持联合益肾健脾汤,疗程为4周。比较两组患者治疗前后的营养状况、生活质量。结果干预4周后,观察组营养风险筛查(NRS-2002)评分低于对照组,Karnofsky功能状态(KPS)评分、血红蛋白水平、白蛋白水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾健脾汤联合营养支持可进一步改善恶性肿瘤患者的营养状况及生存质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Yishen Jianpi decoction combined with nutritional support on nutritional status and quality of life in patients with malignant tumors.Methods A total of 83 patients diagnosed and treated in Sanming Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,with observation group of 41 cases and control group of 42 cases.The control group was treated with enteral nutrition support,and the observation group was treated with Yishen Jianpi decoction on the basis of enteral nutrition support.The treatment course was 4 weeks.The nutritional status and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of intervention,the nutritional risk screening(NRS-2002)score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the Karnofsky functional status(KPS)score,hemoglobin level and albumin level were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Jianpi decoction combined with nutritional support can further improve the nutritional status and quality of life of patients with malignant tumors.
