摘要
新时代高职院校教学质量保障体系在实践应用中存在重教学工作轻育人成效、重制度约束轻内生动力、持续改进机制有待完善等问题。湖南现代物流职业技术学院坚守教学质量生命线,贯彻“以学生为中心”的教育理念,以构建质量文化观为核心,不断完善教学质量保障体系持续改进机制,创新性地构建了学校特色的教学质量保障体系并有效运行,解决了新时代高职院校教学质量保障体系存在的痛点。
In the practical application of the teaching quality assurance system in vocational colleges in the new era,there are problems such as emphasizing teaching work over educational effectiveness,emphasizing institutional constraints over endogenous motivation and the need to improve the continuous improvement mechanism.Hunan Modern Logistics Vocational and Technical College adheres to the lifeline of teaching quality,implements the educational concept of"student-centered",takes the construction of quality culture as the core,continuously improves the teaching quality assurance system and continuous improvement mechanism,innovatively constructs the school's characteristic teaching quality assurance system and effectively operates it,effectively solving the pain points of the teaching quality assurance system in vocational colleges in the new era.
