摘要
本文以剖析职业教育教学质量现存问题为基础,旨在基于系统论与命运共同体理论探究职业教育教学质量保证机制的构建,以全流程、全方位、全要素为原则,以组织体系、实施体系、监控体系、考核体系和预警体系为主线,以期实现职业教育教学质量的提升和有机循环,为实现高质量职业人才的培养建言献策。
Based on analyzing the existing problems of teaching quality in vocational education,this paper aims to explore the construction of vocational education quality assurance mechanism based on the theories of system and community of destiny,with the principle of whole-process,omni-directional,and whole-factor,and with the main line of organizational system,implementation system,monitoring system,appraisal system,and early warning system,in order to achieve the enhancement of the teaching quality of vocational education and the organic cycle,and to make suggestions for the cultivation of high-quality vocational talents.
