摘要
目的:探讨静配中心医嘱审核药师在临床路径管理中的作用,评估其对药物使用合理性、药物不良反应发生率和药物使用成本的影响。方法:选取2023年1月至12月在南通市通州区人民医院住院治疗的高血压、糖尿病和慢性心力衰竭患者80例,根据静配中心医嘱审核软件升级前后分组,静配中心医嘱审核软件升级后的患者为试验组(40例,静配中心医嘱审核药师干预),静配中心医嘱审核软件升级前为对照组(40例,无药师干预)。通过对药物使用合理性、药物不良反应发生率及药物使用成本等方面进行分析,评估静配中心医嘱审核药师干预的效果。结果:试验组在药物使用合理性、药物不良反应发生率及药物使用成本方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:静配中心医嘱审核药师干预有助于提高药物治疗的合理性,减少药物不良反应的发生,并显著降低药物使用成本,具有重要的临床和经济效益。
Objective:To explore the role of intravenous admixture center(IVAC)order-reviewing pharmacists in clinical pathway management and evaluate their impact on medication rationality,incidence of adverse drug reactions(ADRs),and medication costs.Methods:A total of 80 hospitalized patients with hypertension,diabetes,or chronic heart failure at Nantong Tongzhou District People’s Hospital from January to December 2023 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups based on the upgrade of the IVAC order-reviewing software:the experimental group(40 cases,with pharmacist intervention post-upgrade)and the control group(40 cases,without intervention pre-upgrade).The intervention effects were assessed by analyzing medication rationality,ADR incidence,and medication costs.Results:The experimental group demonstrated superior outcomes in medication rationality,ADR incidence,and medication costs compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The involvement of IVAC order-reviewing pharmacists in clinical pathway management enhances medication rationality,reduces ADR incidence,and significantly lowers medication costs,yielding substantial clinical and economic benefits.
