成渝地区双城经济圈工业企业技术创新效率的测度与评价——基于超效率SBM-Malmquist模型分析

摘要 以2014—2021年成渝地区双城经济圈16市为研究对象,运用超效率SBM-Malmquist指数模型对16个城市的工业企业的技术创新效率效率进行静态、动态研究。研究表明:成渝地区双城经济圈工业企业技术创新效率均值为1.062,达到效率前沿面,但总体呈现下降趋势,各地区综合技术效率水平不高且差距显著;大部分城市的工业企业技术创新全要素生产率呈下降趋势,造成各城市全要素生产率变化的原因也不同。因此,为了有效提升成渝地区工业企业技术创新效率,各地区应适当加大创新资源投入,因地制宜制定技术创新效率提升对策,促进创新要素跨区域流动,强化地区间的创新互动。 Taking 16 cities of Chendu-Chongqing economic circle from 2014 to 2021 as the research object,the super-efficiency SBM model and Malmquist index model are used to conduct static and dynamic research on the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in 16 cities.The results show that:(1)The average technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in Shuangcheng economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area is 1.062,reaching the efficiency frontier,but showing a downward trend in general,and the comprehensive technical efficiency level is not high and the gap is significant;(2)The total factor productivity of technological innovation of industrial enterprises in various cities is basically in a downward trend,and the sources of total factor productivity change are different in different regions.Therefore,in order to effectively improve the technological innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises in Chengdu-Chongqing area,all regions should appropriately increase the input of innovation resources,formulate countermeasures to improve the technological innovation efficiency according to local conditions,promote the cross-regional flow of innovation factors,and strengthen the innovation interaction between regions.
