Development of Training and Assessment System for Underground Coal Mine Drilling Based on VR Technology

摘要 当前煤矿井下钻探传统教学方式受教学场地、钻探设备及实物操作存在安全隐患等因素的制约,且存在人为计分不公平的问题。开发了一种基于虚拟现实(VR)技术的煤矿井下钻探培训考核系统。采用3DS MAX三维动画软件快速建模方法,结合UE4虚拟引擎平台,研究多人协同操作技术,搭载VR无线穿戴设备,最终调试运行并发布了集成煤矿井下钻探全流程操作VR课件的煤矿井下钻探培训考核系统,带给学员高沉浸感、生动的人机交互方式、自动计时计分的全新教学体验。 The traditional teaching method of underground coal mine drilling is restricted by the teaching sites,drilling equipment and safety risks of physical operations,and there are problems of unfair scoring.A training and assessment system based on virtual realit(VR)for underground coal mines drilling was developed.Used 3DS MAX 3D animation software rapid modeling method,combined with UE4 virtual engine platform,researched on multi-person collaborative operation technology,equipped with VR wireless wearable devices,and finally debugged,ran and released the coal mine drilling training and assessment system integrating VR courseware of the whole process of coal mine drilling operation,which brings students a new teaching experience of high immersion,vivid human-computer interaction,and automatic timing and scoring.
