摘要
我们证明大鼠大脑皮层SMII区可以通过伏核和缰核对NRM发挥调控作用,并参与针刺镇痛。NRM是脑干重要下行抑制的起源部位,经脊髓背外侧束(DLF)抑制脊髓背角痛信息的传递,它是痛负反馈调制的脊髓上中枢。为此,在脑干NRM水平进一步探讨,刺激SMII区对痛反应所发挥的调制作用是否是经DLF实现的。
We have demonstrated that the SmIarea of ccrebralcortes of rats could modulate NRM neurons,via N.accumbens and N.habenularislateralis,and takes part in acupuncture analgesia.NRM is one of the origins of the important descending inhibitory systems.It could inhibit pain transmission in spinal cird,through dorsal lateral fasciculus(DLF).
