摘要
早发型双相障碍(early-onset bipolar disorder,EOBD)为临床常见的精神疾病,主要表现为情绪不稳定。越来越多的临床发现患者认知功能损害明显。本文就早发型双相障碍患者认知功能改变及其相关影响因素的研究进展作一综述。
Early-onset bipolar disorder(EOBD)is a common mental illness in clinical practice,which is mainly manifested by emotional instability,and more and more clinical cases have found obvious cognitive impairment.This article reviews the research progress of cognitive function changes and related influencing factors in patients with early-onset bipolar disorder.
