摘要
为解决孝义皮影博物馆展厅因展示形式单调、缺乏吸引力而导致用户体验不佳及文化传播效率低下的问题,运用KANO模型对当下孝义皮影展示空间的用户需求要素进行了科学的分析与归纳。同时,采用AHP分析法精准确定各要素指标的优先级权重,从而构建了提升用户满意度的孝义皮影展厅设计评价模型。研究结果表明,孝义皮影展厅的用户需求包括必备需求、期望需求和魅力需求,共计16项需求指标,并将高权重需求指标作为设计重点,由此完成新的孝义皮影展厅设计提案,为皮影艺术展厅的优化设计提供了科学的设计要素参考方向。
In order to solve the problem of poor user experience and low effi ciency of cultural communication caused by the monotonous and unattractive display form of the exhibition hall of Xiaoyi Shadow Puppet Museum,this paper uses the KANO model to scientifi cally analyze and summarize the user demand factors of contemporary Xiaoyi shadow puppet exhibition space.At the same time,the AHP method was used to accurately determine the priority weight of each element index,so as to construct a design evaluation model of Xiaoyi shadow puppet exhibition hall to improve user satisfaction.The results show that the user needs of Xiaoyi shadow puppet exhibition hall include must-be,one-dimensional,and attractive attributes.a total of 16 demand indicators,and the high-weight demand indicators are taken as the design focus,so as to complete the new design proposal of Xiaoyi shadow puppet exhibition hall,which provides a scientifi c reference direction for the design element of the optimal design of shadow puppet exhibition hall.
