摘要
KJ法是将错综复杂的信息,以语言文字方式表达在卡片上,并依据内在的相互关系整理分类,然后作成归类合并图的方法。可用于整理个人思考或开会时形成创造性的意见,特别适合整合不同群体、不同专业领域等纷繁无序的意见,使之成为有序化的系统结构。首先探讨了方法的概念、价值、发展和特点、适用领域,然后描述了4个阶段的具体操作过程,即记录、编组、图解和成文。最后,通过一个生态环境综合治理研究的案例,完整演示了方法的实际操作过程。
KJ method records complicated information on cards, categorizes these cards and draws the diagram according to their relations. It is suitable to make personal thinking or varied opinions on conference in good order, especially for the varied opinions from different groups or different specialties. First, the general part discusses its definition, value, origination and features. Then, its application is introduced in the wide fields. Next, its operation is explained specially according to 4 steps： recording, categorizing, diagram and literalizing. Finally, by a case study of integrated management to ecosystem, the paper displays its ooeration and fruits completely.
