摘要
本文以某地方医学院校为研究对象,通过使用机时数据分析仪器设备运行现状,归纳出影响科研仪器设备使用效益的五大问题。坚持问题导向,从资源配置、信息化建设、绩效监督、管理队伍等方面提出创新性改进举措,以达到降本增效的目的。推动科研仪器设备配置从规模数量增长向内涵式高质量发展提升转变,进一步提高地方医学院校资产管理使用效益。
This article takes a local medical college and universities as the research object,analyzes the current status of equipment operation through the use of machine time data,and summarizes five major issues that affect the efficiency of the use of scientific research equipment.Adhere to the problem-oriented approach,propose innovative improvement measures from the aspects of resource allocation,information construction,performance supervision,and management team,in order to achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.Promote the transformation of scientific research instrument and equipment configuration from quantitative growth to high-quality development,and further improve the efficiency of asset management and use in local medical colleges and universities.
