摘要
目的探讨基于跨理论模型(TTM)的健康管理方案在高血压眩晕患者延续性护理中的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性对照研究方法,将110例高血压合并眩晕患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组55例。对照组实施常规护理,干预组在常规护理基础上采用为期3个月的基于TTM的健康管理方案。比较两组干预前后的血压水平、眩晕症状、生活质量、自我管理能力和心理状态。结果干预后,干预组患者的血压水平、眩晕症状、生活质量、自我管理能力和心理状态均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于TTM的健康管理方案能有效改善高血压眩晕患者的血压控制、眩晕症状、生活质量、自我管理能力和心理状态,能够为此类患者的延续性护理提供有效的干预策略。
Objective To explore the application effects of a health management program based on the Transtheoretical Model(TTM)in the care of hypertensive patients with dizziness.Methods A prospective controlled study was designed,and 110 hypertensive patients with dizziness were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,each consisting of 55 patients.The control group were received routine care,while the intervention group were implemented a 3-month health management program based on TTM in addition to routine care.Blood pressure levels,dizziness symptoms,quality of life,self-management ability,and psychological status were compared between the two groups before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,the intervention group showed significant improvements in blood pressure levels,dizziness symptoms,quality of life,self-management ability,and psychological status compared to the control group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The health management program based on TTM can effectively improve blood pressure control,dizziness symptoms,quality of life,self-management abilities,and psychological status in hypertensive patients with dizziness,providing an effective intervention strategy for the continuous care of these patients.
