摘要
为响应国家拔尖人才培养战略,结合自身办学传统与优势,德州学院对多学科交叉融合的拔尖人才培养进行了探索与实践,依托山东省生物物理重点实验室成立了“生物物理多学科交叉创新拔尖班”。该项目立足学科交叉,以高水平科研团队作为导师组,以省级重点实验室(教学示范中心)搭建多重能力导向的实践育人平台,将科学研究与人才培养相结合。通过“导师组+项目制”方式,以项目带动人才培养,着力推动拔尖创新人才培养,形成了一套相对科学有效的地方应用型高校拔尖创新人才培养模式,给地方院校拔尖人才的培养提供了很好的示范作用。
Cultivation of top innovative talents to meet the national strategic needs is the urgent requirement for revolution and developmentof universities in the new era.Based on its own educational traditions and advantages,Dezhou University has carried out exploration and practice of innovative top-notch talent cultivation models through interdisciplinary integration.With the support of the Shandong Key Laboratory of Biophysics,it has established the“Multidisciplinary Innovation Top Class in Biophysics”.This project is based on interdisciplinary research,combining research with talent cultivation,promoting the coordinated development of scientific research and teaching,and focusing on promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.Through the adoption of this model,Dezhou University has excelled in nurturing top-notch innovative talents in bioscience,serving as a useful example for other regional universities.
