摘要
太阳能光伏电池实验是近代物理实验课程中的实验内容,包含丰富的半导体物理和材料知识,对太阳能电池的研究和产业发展契合国家制定的“双碳”目标,具有丰富的思政内涵.本文针对陕西地区地域特色,从节能环保理念入手,介绍太阳能电池的发展历史、工作原理和测试方法,教学过程穿插介绍我国科学家和西北大学科研团队在该领域取得的成就,激发学生的荣誉感和学习热情;通过学院开展的光伏产业实习和社会调研活动,引导学生秉持家国情怀,弘扬“公诚勤朴”的西大校训,践行新时代担当,树立科技报国的远大志向.
Solar photovoltaic cell experiments is a key component course of modern physics experiments.This experiment incorporates rich knowledge of semiconductor physics and materials.It is highly in line with the national“dual carbon goals”for the research and industrial development of solar cells,and has rich ideological and political connotation.Responding to the regional characteristics of Shaanxi region,starting from the concept of energy conservation and environmental protection,solar cell experiments were introduced,where the development history,working principles,and testing methods of solar cells are covered.The teaching process was interspersed with the achievements of Chinese scientists and academic research teams in this field,inspiring students’sense of honor and learning enthusiasm.The internships and social research activities conducted by the college on the photovoltaic industry guided students to uphold patriotism,promoted the motto of“public sincerity and simplicity”of Northwest University,practice the responsibility of the new era,and establish the lofty aspiration of science and technology serving the country.
