摘要
文章以中创化工乙酸仲丁酯生产装置为例,以反应器碳四烯烃转化率偏低为出发点,基于反应精馏技术的工艺优势,从装置利用率、能源消耗、运营成本的角度分析了反应精馏技术在乙酸仲丁酯脱轻组分塔的可行性,发现反应精馏技术试验成功将会给乙酸仲丁酯的工业化生产带来巨大的经济效益,但该工作的研究也任重道远。
Taking sec-butyl acetate production plant of Zhongchuang Chemical as an example,based on the low conversion of carbon tetralefin in the reactor,based on the technological advantages of reactive distillation technology,the feasibility of reactive distillation technology in sec-butyl acetate lightening component tower was analyzed from the perspectives of plant utilization,energy consumption and operating cost.It is found that the successful test of reactive distillation technology will bring great economic benefits to the industrial production of sec-butyl acetate,but there is still a long way to go in the study of this work.
