摘要 研究一种新型的催化酯化专用催化剂。采用铝阳极氧化法制备Al2O3-Al载体,通过引入SO42-/TiO2-La3+固体酸,制得催化精馏专用的填料型固体酸催化剂,并应用于乙酸乙酯合成反应。最佳反应条件:反应时间为6 h,原料摩尔比(酸∶醇)为1∶8,催化剂用量为2 g,反应酯化率可达50.4%,选择性为100%,催化剂可重复使用。 The aim of this study is to find a new packed catalyst for the catalytic distillation process of esterification. High-purity aluminium foils were used to form the Al2O3-Al carrier by anodic oxidation. Loading with solid acid SO^2-4/TiO2-La^3+, the specific packed catalyst SO^2-4/TiO2-La^3+-Al2O3-Al was prepared, It was then used as a catalyst to synthesize ethyl acetate. The optimum synthetic conditions have been obtained as. the molar ratio of the alcohol and acid was 1:8 the mass of the catalyst was 2.0 g; and the reaction time was 6 h at reflux temperature. The yield of the ester could reach 50, 40%, and the selectivity for the esterification was 100%. The catalyst can be reused directly for 5 times.
