摘要
为提升数字经济与制造业的高质量发展协调水平,推进广东省新质生产力发展,文章基于熵权-TOPSIS法对广东省2013—2022年数字经济与制造业高质量发展的协调水平及阻碍两者协调发展的因素进行探讨。结果表明:样本期内(2013—2022年)广东省的数字经济与制造业高质量发展达到了中度耦合水平。电信业务总量占GDP比重和制造业产业结构高级化是高质量协调发展的主要障碍。基于此,提出完善数字基础设施建设、加强创新研发投入以及加强珠三角地区辐射带动作用等政策建议。
To improve the coordination level of high-quality development of digital economy and manufacturing industry,and to promote the development of new quality productivity in Guangdong Province,based on the panel data of Guangdong Province from 2013 to 2022,this study discusses the coupling and coordination relationship between digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing industry and the obstacle factors affecting its development.The results show that during the sample period(2013—2022),there is a good coordination relationship between the digital economy and the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Guangdong Province,reaching a moderate coupling level.Low levels of Internet-related spending and industrial capital productivity are the biggest obstacles to the development of the digital economy and high-quality development of manufacturing,respectively.Based on this,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions such as improving the construction of digital infrastructure,strengthening the investment in innovation research and development,and strengthening the radiating role of the Pearl River Delta region.
