摘要
人力资本结构优化为农业农村现代化建设注入了新动能。该文从人力资本结构高级化视角切入,以2013—2023年中国30个省级行政区(不含港澳台和西藏)的省级面板数据为基础进行了实证检验。研究表明:人力资本结构高级化对农业农村现代化存在积极影响,该结论在一系列稳健性检验中依旧成立;人力资本结构高级化指数与产业结构高级化指数和技术进步指数均存在正比例关系;人力资本结构高级化能够通过产业结构升级和技术进步实现农业农村现代化。
This article empirically tests the impact of advanced human capital structure on agricultural and rural modernization based on provincial panel data in China from 2013 to 2023.Research has found that the advanced structure of human capital has a positive impact on the modernization of agriculture and rural areas;the index of advanced human capital structure is positively proportional to both the index of advanced industrial structure and the index of technological progress;the upgrading of human capital structure can achieve modernization of agriculture and rural areas through industrial structure upgrading and technological progress.
