摘要
某铅锌矿浮选尾矿中含有菱锰矿、水锰矿、锰方解石等锰矿物,为对该尾矿中锰矿物进行综合回收,进行了不同强磁选工艺流程的选矿试验研究。结果表明,在矿石锰品位为13.44%的条件下,采用脉动高梯度强磁选工艺流程,可获得产率为46.27%、锰品位为23.42%、锰回收率为80.61%的锰精矿,尾矿锰品位仅为4.85%。实现了资源的综合回收利用,为该类含锰矿物的尾矿开发利用提供了借鉴。
A lead-zinc flotation tailings contain manganese minerals including rhodochrosite,manganite,and manganese calcite.To achieve comprehensive recovery of manganese minerals,comparative studies on various high-intensity magnetic separation processes were systematically conducted.Experimental results demonstrate that under the original ore manganese grade of 13.44%,the pulsating high-gradient magnetic separation process can produce manganese concentrate with 46.27%yield,23.42%Mn grade,and 80.61%recovery rate,while reducing tailings Mn grade to 4.85%.This process achieves efficient resource recovery,providing technical reference for utilization of similar manganese-bearing tailings.
