摘要
广西某铝土矿为堆积型、含泥铝土矿,选矿厂采用干式加工工艺在破碎筛分过程中产生的副产物矿泥,是细粒铝土矿与黏土混合物。矿泥Al_(2)O_(3)和SiO_(2)品位分别为42.40%和14.32%,铝硅比为2.96。为回收该矿泥中的有用矿物,对其进行干式回收铝土矿试验研究。采用烘干-碾筛机的干式分选工艺,最终获得铝土矿产品产率为30.11%,Al_(2)O_(3)和SiO_(2)的品位分别为46.94%和8.91%,铝硅比5.27,相对净矿回收率为62.62%,达到出厂合格指标,对矿泥中细粒铝土矿进行了有效的回收。
The bauxite in Guangxi is heap-type and clay-containing.During the crushing and screening process of the beneficiation plant,the by-product mineral slime,a mixture of fine-grained bauxite and clay,is produced.The mineral slime contains 42.40%Al_(2)O_(3),14.32%SiO_(2),and has an aluminum-silicon ratio of 2.96.To recover useful minerals from the mineral slime,experimental research on the dry recovery of bauxite was conducted.Through a dry sorting process of drying and using a rolling screen machine,a bauxite yield of 30.11%was achieved,with the Al_(2)O_(3) grade at 46.94%,SiO_(2)grade at 8.91%,aluminum-silicon ratio at 5.27,and a relative net recovery rate of 62.62%,meeting the factory’s qualified standards.This effectively recovered fine-grained bauxite from the slime and enabled tailings resource utilization.
