大跨径简支钢-LUHPC组合梁桥主梁设计 被引量:1

摘要 新港高速双柳长江大桥两岸跨堤桥为大跨(跨径100 m)、重载(8车道)简支梁桥。结合桥位处的实际情况和该桥结构特点,提出钢箱梁、钢-混组合梁和钢桁梁3种主梁结构型式方案并进行比选,综合考虑结构性能、施工技术难度、耐久性与维护、景观效果和造价,推荐采用钢-混组合梁方案。基于优化施工工艺、提高结构耐久性和经济性等方面考虑,跨堤桥最终采用具有抗扭刚度大、稳定性好、受力均匀、养护便利等优点的“单箱双室槽形钢箱梁+混凝土桥面板”断面。槽形钢箱梁高3.755 m(不含底板厚度);从力学性能、施工和易性及经济性等方面综合考虑,跨堤桥钢-混组合梁桥面板采用钢纤维掺量为2%的LUHPC材料,桥面板厚20.0 cm;在钢箱梁上翼缘板、横梁上翼缘板均布剪力钉,形成钢-LUHPC组合梁。跨堤桥湿接缝采用T形接缝构造以对湿接缝界面进行强化处理。对钢箱梁和桥面板进行结构静力分析,结果表明:钢箱梁承载力、桥面板承载力和抗裂性能均满足要求。跨堤桥采用工厂化大节段整体预制,在桥位上仅需通过梁段间横向湿接缝成桥的专项施工方案。 The approaches of Shuangliu Changjiang River Bridge of Xingang Expressway that cross the embankments at the two banks of the Changjiang River are designed as long-span(100 m)simply-supported girder bridges accommodating 8 vehicle lanes.Three types of superstructures were selected and compared,including the steel box girder,steel-concrete composite girder and truss girder.The steel-concrete composite girder was finally chosen by the comprehensive consideration of structural performance,construction difficulties,durability and maintenance,landscaping effect and costs.To facilitate the construction and achieve the optimal durability and economy,the steel-concrete composite girder scheme was revised to be two-cell steel trough girders(measuring 3.755 m deep,exclusive of the thickness of bottom plate)and precast concrete deck panels.The concrete panels are 20.0 cm thick,made of LUHPC with 2%of steel fibers and stitched by T-shaped cast-in-situ joints,acting compositely with the steel trough girders via shear studs evenly distributed in the upper flange of the steel box girder and the upper flange of the crossbeams.The static analysis of the steel trough girders and concrete deck panels demonstrates that the load bearing capacity of the steel box girders and the load bearing capacity and cracking resistance of the deck panels meet the requirements.The construction of approaches highlights the precast segmental technique.
