摘要
职业教育评价是纵深推进职业教育改革创新的总牵引,制度化是职业教育评价改革取得成功的关键路径和重要标志。基于新制度主义理论视角,新时代职业教育评价改革制度化面临集体行动困境、路径依赖困境和合法性困境。对此,应构建多元行动主体参与的评价共同体,破解集体行动困境;持续加强制度创新,破解路径依赖困境;构筑评价改革共同信念体系,破解合法性困境。
Vocational education evaluation is the overall driving force for deepening the reform and innovation of vocational education and institutionalization is the key path and important symbol for the success of vocational education evaluation reform.Based on the perspective of new institutionalism theory,the institutionalization of vocational education evaluation reform in the new era faces challenges of collective action,path dependence and legitimacy.To address this,it is necessary to establish an evaluation community with diverse actors to participate and solve the collective action dilemma,continuously strengthen institutional innovation to solve the dilemma of path dependence and build a common belief system for evaluating reform to solve the legitimacy dilemma.
