摘要
媒体新质生产力是新质生产力在媒体领域的延伸,从概念来看,媒体新质生产力以新技术、新服务、新业态为导向,以数智化技术驱动信息生产、媒体全端接入优质数据要素、传媒产业生态系统绿色发展为要求,旨在推动媒体产业的高质量发展。从功能上看,媒体新质生产力对媒体社会功能进行了拓展,重点体现在呈现、连接与整合社会三个方面。从媒体劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象三要素出发,提出推进媒体生产力高质量发展的策略,强调了建立开放创新的新质传媒人才体系、基于价值理性运用新媒体技术以及巧用优质信息原料的重要性。媒体新质生产力是推动媒体领域高质量发展的关键驱动力,将为构建新型媒体生产格局提供有力支撑。
Media new quality productivity is the extension of new quality productivity in the media field.This article attempts to explore media new quality productivity from three dimensions:basic meaning,functional expansion and element upgrading.From a conceptual point of view,the new media productivity is guided by new technologies,new services,and new business formats,and requires digital and intelligent technology to drive information production,full media access to high-quality data elements,and the green development of the media industry ecosystem.It aims to promote high-quality development of the media industry.From a functional point of view,the new media productivity has expanded the social functions of media,focusing on three aspects:presenting,connecting and integrating society.Finally,starting from the three elements of media workers,labor materials and labor objects,this article proposes strategies to promote the high-quality development of media productivity,emphasizing the establishment of an open and innovative new-quality media talent system,the rational use of new media technology based on value,and the skillful use of high-quality information raw materials.New media productivity is a key driving force in promoting high-quality development in the media field and will provide strong support for the construction of a new media production pattern.
