探讨了档案部门在数字化转型背景下的现状、必要性、影响以及提升档案管理效能的策略。数字化转型可以提高档案检索效率、优化存储空间、促进信息共享,但同时也面临经济、技术和制度等多方面的挑战。研究提出,通过利用先进技术、构建全面的管理标准与流程、培养专业人才、强化安全与隐私保护等策略有效提升档案管理效能。
Explored the current situation,necessity,impact,and strategies for improving the efficiency of archive management in the context of digital transformation in the archives department.Digital transformation can improve the efficiency of archive retrieval,optimize storage space,and promote information sharing,but it also faces challenges in various aspects such as economy,technology,and system.The study proposes to effectively improve the efficiency of archive management by utilizing advanced technology,establishing comprehensive management standards and processes,cultivating professional talents,and strengthening security and privacy protection strategies.
