摘要
目的 探讨2023年湖南省病案信息与管理技能大赛试题设置的合理性及湖南省病案统计人员对专业技能掌握的情况,依托病案信息与管理技能大赛,促进岗位胜任力的人才培养。方法 以183名参赛选手初赛成绩为研究对象,采用难度系统和区分度对大赛试卷进行质量分析。不同人群成绩的组间比较采用Mann-Whitney U或Kruskal-Wallis H检验。结果 湖南省病案信息与管理技能大赛初赛试题总难度系数为0.58,区分度为0.24。参赛选手总分的中位数为33.00(29.00,40.00)分,其中最高分为60分,最低分为17分。三级医院选手的成绩高于二级医院,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 大赛试题质量较好,能够客观评价各参赛队员的水平。参赛队员实践技能有待加强,建议从行业、医院、个人三个层面加强职业能力素养。
Objectives To explore the rationality of the test questions in the 2023 Hunan Province Medical Record Information and Management Skills Competition and the mastery of professional skills by medical record statistics personnel in Hunan Province,and to promote the cultivation of job competency talents based on the medical record information and management skills competition.Methods The preliminary competition scores of 1 83 contestants were used as the research object,and the quality of the competition test paper was analyzed using difficulty and discrimination indices.The inter-group comparison of scores from different populations was performed using the Mann-Whitney U or Kruskal-Wallis H test.Results The overall difficulty coefficient of the competition questions was 0.58 and the discrimination index was 0.24.The scores of the contestants were 33.00(29.00,40.00),with the highest score being 60 and the lowest score being 17.The scores of contestants from tertiary hospitals were higher than those from secondary hospitals,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions The quality of the competition questions was good and could objectively evaluate the level of each contestant.The practical skills of the contestants needed to be strengthened,and it was recommended to enhance professional competence from the three levels of industry,hospitals,and individuals.
