摘要
随着卫生部应用DRGs对医院进行绩效考评工作的不断推进,编目工作被列为等级评审中48个核心条款之一,有效提高编目质量已成为各级医院的当务之急。我院运用PDCA循环建立长效管理机制,编目准确率持续提高,由实施PDCA循环前的86.3%上升至目前的95.6%,提高率为67.9%,效果显著。PDCA循环已成为实现编目工作持续改进的重要管理工具。
As the continuous boosting of the hospital performance appraisal work conducted by the Ministry of Health with the application of DRGs, catalogue work has become one of the 48 core terms in the grade review and how to improve the quality of catalogue effectively has become a urgent affair in different grades of hospitals. Our hospital has established long-effect management mechanism by PDCA circulation, the accuracy rate is increasing continuously, which increased from 86.3% before the adoption of PDCA circulation to 95.6% at present, the enhance rate was 67.9% and got effective results. PDCA circulation has become an important management tool in the continuous improvement of catalogue work.
