摘要
目的 探讨融合解剖模型和临床案例的病案信息学教学方法在医学教育中的创新性和实践效果。方法 研究设计采用随机对照试验方法,选取2021年1月1日至2023年12月31日于某医院病案统计室实习6个月的信息管理与信息系统专业的50名本科实习生作为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各25人。实验组学生接受解剖模型与临床案例相结合的新型教学模式,而对照组维持传统教学方法。实习课程结束后,通过收集包括课堂观察、实践操作考核、临床思维能力测试、学生反馈问卷在内的数据,对两组教学效果进行评估。结果 新型教学模式组课堂观察、实践操作、临床思维能力考核成绩明显高于传统教学模式组,课堂观察考核成绩为88.12±2.85分vs58.72±4.92分P<0.05;实践操作考核成绩为88.40±3.07分vs60.00±3.91分P<0.05;临床思维能力考核成绩为81.52±3.12分vs58.68±3.99分P<0.05;新型教学模式组课程满意度为96%,高于传统教学模式组20%,P<0.05。结论 融合解剖模型与临床案例的病案信息学教学模式能显著提升学生的临床思维和实践技能,对于培养具备专业能力和思政素养的新时代医学人才具有重要意义,有助于保障医疗服务质量和患者安全。
Objective To explore the innovation and practical effect of medical record informatics teaching method integrating anatomical model and clinical case in medical education.Methods The study design used a randomly controlled trial method,in which 50 undergraduate interns majoring in information management and information systems,who had been interned in the case statistics office of a hospital for 6 months from January 1st,2021 to December 31st,2023,were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 25 students in each group.Students in the experimental group received a new teaching mode combining anatomical models and clinical cases,while the control group maintained the traditional teaching method.At the end of the internship course,the teaching effect of the two groups was evaluated by collecting data including classroom observation,practical operation assessment,clinical thinking ability test,and student feedback questionnaire.Results New teaching mode group classroom observation,practical operation,clinical thinking ability assessment results were significantly higher than the traditional teaching mode group,classroom observation assessment results for 88.12±2.85 points vs 58.72±4.92 points P<0.05;practical operation assessment results for 88.40±3.07 points vs 60.00±3.91 points P<0.05;clinical thinking ability assessment results for 81.52±3.12 points vs 58.68±3.99 points P<0.05;the course satisfaction of the new teaching mode group was 96%,which was higher than that of the traditional teaching mode group by 20%,P<0.05.Conclusions The medical record informatics teaching method integrating anatomical model and clinical case in medical education could significantly enhance students'clinical thinking and practical skills,which was of great significance for cultivating new-age medical talents with professional competence and ideological and political literacy,and helped to safeguard the quality of medical services and patient safety.
