摘要 心脏起搏器被广泛用于各类心衰和心率失常临床治疗,起搏器功能不同所应用的心脏起搏器类型也有所不同,编码员对于准确编码心脏起搏器植入存在困难。通过查阅各类起搏器耗材标签信息或说明书,借助国家药监局官网数据库总结出目前市面上常见植入式心脏起搏器共8种类型,涉及32种不同产品型号。结合ICD-9-CM-3索引进一步分析心脏起搏器植入的手术操作编码,归纳实际工作中的编码注意事项。编码员应仔细阅读病案,通过耗材标签明确植入起搏器类型和型号,加强解剖学和相关临床知识学习,注意起搏功能和起搏部位对编码的影响;通过了解新型无导线心脏起搏器工作原理准确进行编码分类;认真查阅核对工具书避免错编或漏编码,同时帮助临床医师准确填写手术记录相关信息,以期提高手术编码准确率。 Pacemakers are widely used in the clinical treatment of heart failure and arrhythmia,and the types of pacemakers used in different functions are also different,so it is difficult for coders to accurately encode pacemaker implantation.By consulting all kinds of pacemaker consumables label information or instructions,with the help of the National Food and Drug Administration official website database summarized the current market common implantable pacemaker a total of 8 types,involving 32 different product models.Combined with ICD-9-CM-3 index,the surgical operation code of pacemaker implantation was further analyzed,and the coding precautions in practical work were summarized.Coders should read medical records carefully,identify the type and model of implanted pacemaker through consumable labels,strengthen the study of anatomy and related clinical knowledge,and pay attention to the influence of pacing function and pacing site on coding;By understanding the working principle of the new leadless pacemaker,the code and classification are accurately carried out.Check reference books carefully to avoid miscoding or missing coding,and help clinicians accurately fill in the relevant information of surgical records,so as to improve the accuracy of surgical coding.
