摘要
良性前列腺增生是泌尿外科多发病和常见病,蒙医学将其归为“尿闭”范畴。蒙医药治疗良性前列腺增生有临床疗效确切,本文通过古籍整理及文献查阅良性前列腺增生的蒙医病因病机、分类、症候、临床治疗现状后进行归纳总结,初步探讨了蒙医药治疗良性前列腺增生的优势,旨在为进一步研究提供理论与实践依据。
Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a frequently-occurring and common disease in urology,and Mongolian medicine classifies it as"urinary constriction".This paper summarizes the etiology,pathogenesis,classification,symptoms,and clinical treatment status of benign prostatic hyperplasia in Mongolian medicine through the collation of ancient books and literature review,and preliminarily discusses the advantages of Mongolian medicine in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia,aiming to provide a theoretical and practical basis for further researches.
