摘要
目的:观察补中益气汤和补阳还五汤对大鼠前列腺增生的影响,为临床治疗前列腺增生证提供依据。方法:取SD雄性2月龄大鼠40只,随机分组,应用去势大鼠皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮诱导前列腺增生,观察正常对照组、模型组、补中益气汤组、补阳还五汤组大鼠前列腺的湿重、前列腺指数、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和前列腺特异性酸性磷酸酶(PAP)的变化以及前列腺形态学改变。结果:补中益气汤组与补阳还五汤组大鼠前列腺的湿重、前列腺指数和血清酸性磷酸酶均显著低于模型组(P<0.01);补中益气汤对大鼠前列腺的湿重、前列腺指数和血清酸性磷酸酶的影响比补阳还五汤明显(P<0.05)。结论:补中益气汤和补阳还五汤均可明显抑制大鼠前列腺增生,抑制大鼠血清酸性磷酸酶水平升高,其中补中益气汤的作用比补阳还五汤的作用更加明显。临床上可以充分利用补中益气汤治疗良性前列腺增生症。
Objective： Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction was observed to effect rat prostate growth, Methods ： An experimental model of prostatic hyperplasia of castrated male rat induced by testosterone propionate was made. The rats were apportioned into normal control group,testosterone propionaste （TP）group, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and TP group, Buyang Huanwu Decoction and TP group,TP was subcutaneously injected into rat times every day. The changes of prostate wet weight,prostatic index, and PAP in Buzhong Yiqi Decoction group and Buyang Huanwu Decoction group were significantly lower than those in the models（ P 〈 0.01 and P 〈 0.05 ）. HE dying prostatic tissues section shows that rat prostatic hyperplasia was inhibited. Conclusion ：Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Buyang Huanwu Decoction could significantly inhibit rat prostatic hyperplasia induced by testosterone propionate.
