摘要
目的:探究李远实教授“四合一”从肝论治脏躁临床应用效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年8月芦溪县人民医院收治的50例脏躁患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,各25例。对照组采用甘麦大枣汤加减治疗,治疗组采用“四合一”疗法治疗。15 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程。对比两组临床疗效、精神病症症状改善情况、身心状态、治疗安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率92.10%高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组简明精神病评定量表评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组症状自评量表中各个方面评分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗安全性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:李远实教授“四合一”从肝论治脏躁的临床应用效果良好,有助于缓解患者精神病症状态,改善身心状态,安全可靠。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Professor LI Yuanshi’s“four-in-one”therapy treating of hysteria from liver.Methods:A total of 50 patients with hysteria from liver admitted to Luxi People’s Hospital from July 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a treatment group by random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ganmai Dazao Decoction,and the treatment group was treated with“four-in-one”therapy.Each course of treatment lasted for 15 days,and both groups received 4 courses of treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement of mental symptoms,physical and mental status and treatment safety of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.00%higher than 68.00%of the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of both groups on the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale were decreased than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores in all aspects of the Symptom Checklist 90 in both groups were decreased than before treatment,and the treatment group were lower than the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment safety of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Li Yuanshi’s“four-in-one”therapy treating of hysteria from liver has good clinical application effect,which is helpful to alleviate the condition of psychotic symptoms of patients,improve the physical and mental state,safe and reliable.
