摘要
目的分析中医护理管理模式在2型糖尿病护理中的效果。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2018年12月—2020年12月收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,根据入院时间排序分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理管理,观察组给予中医护理管理。观察两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖。结果干预前,两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者行中医护理管理模式干预2型糖尿病有助于提高对高血糖的管理,促进空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖降低。
Objective To carry out an in-depth analysis of the effect of the current traditional Chinese medicine nursing management model in the care of patients with type 2 diabetes,to determine the clinical value of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing management model,and to obtain the main traditional Chinese medicine nursing energy content of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing management model for type 2 diabetes mellitus of blood sugar control.Methods A total of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected.On the premise that they agreed to participate in the study,they were set as the research objects,and ranked according to their admission time.The odd number of 50 patients was set as the research group given the traditional Chinese medicine nursing management model;even 50 cases were set as the reference group,given the routine nursing management model.The physical changes of the two groups of patients were observed after a period of time,and the different nursing outcomes of the two nursing methods were obtained.Results Before nursing management,there was no significant difference in blood glucose changes between the two groups(P>0.05);the blood glucose changes in the reference group were lower than those in the study group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Specifically,the fasting blood glucose of the study group was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of glycosylated hemoglobin was lower than that of the reference group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing management mode for patients with type 2 diabetes has achieved more ideal clinical outcomes,can achieve higher blood sugar control within a certain nursing management time,and eliminate the adverse effect of hyperglycemia on disease control.This nursing management method is suitable for 2 The clinical promotion of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and large-scale use can improve the clinical value of the traditional Chinese medicine nursing management model.
